Children's Promise, held in conjunction with Curtis Media Group and Time Warner, raises funds to benefit children’s programs and further support the continuation of excellence within the medical and surgical programs housed in the N.C. Children’s Hospital. Fifteen radio stations broadcast live from 5 a.m. – 11:30 p.m. seeking just $25 from more than 800,000 listeners. This is the largest single fundraising event for UNC Hospitals. Hi I'm Devin I was in the hospital with a disease called Henock Shoeline Pupura which gave me extreme abdominal pain I was ten then and very sick, but now I am okay. Right now I am dealing with IGA Nephropathy which is another kidney disease also I dealt with the death of my grand father 2 months after I was discharged that year was very tough for my family. Now Iam in a basketball league and was on my school soccer team.
