The N.C. Children's Promise, held in conjunction with Curtis Media Group and Time Warner, raises funds to benefit children’s programs and further support the continuation of excellence within the medical and surgical programs housed in the N.C. Children’s Hospital. Fifteen radio stations broadcast live from 5 a.m. – 11:30 p.m. seeking just $25 from more than 800,000 listeners. This is the largest single fundraising event for UNC Hospitals. Hey ya'll its me Darius and i have got to say that the love and caring i felt today at this hospital is overwhelming. To be here and just be a part of something so special is a honor. As i walked thru the corridors everyone felt the need to thank me, to all those people; I am here for one day, you guys do this everyday so please don't thank me..........THANK ALL OF YOU!!!!!!

MY LITTLE GIRL HAS CYSTIC FIBROSIS AND I AM AT CHAPEL HILL ALL THE TIME FOR CHECK UPS I THINK THE STAFF AT CHAPEL HILL FOR EVERY THING THEY DO FOR ME AND COURTNEY.WHEN THE CHILDRENS PROMISE COMES EVERY YEAR CECE LOVES MEETING ALL THE PEOPLE AND I HTINK IT MAKES HER FEEL NORMAL FOR A DAY THANK YOU FOR EVERT THING YOU DO
